Gurudwara Nanaksar Sahib at Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Gurudwara Nanaksar Sahib located on Raipur road in Dehradun. It coveres an area of 2.5 acres land in Uttaranchal. The building of this shrine built in 1973 by Sant Baba Gurudev Jee. It was one of the famous and known holy place for Sikhism believers. Thousands of travelers from all over the world explored this holy place throughout the year. This Gurudwara was constructed after demise of Guru Govind Shingh Ji for his memory.
History of Gurudwara Nanaksar
Gurudwara was constructed after this big Palatial house. It was one of the famous hoy place for the believers of Sikhism. Pooranmashi celebrated at this place. In the evening, Bhog of Sri Sampath Akhand Path of Sri Guru Gobind Jee followed by perfom of Katha. Amrit was held the first sunday after Pooranmashi.
